- Yoga mat
- Yoga towel (optional)
- Small hand towel
- Plenty of cold water

Set your mind: Don’t set unrealistic expectations yet set realistic goals?! You will start to see drastic changes in your body. Build your endurance; a natural high will kick in.
Eat a balanced diet: Example: Your favorite protein Shake in am, salad for lunch, veggie and protein for dinner-eat little snacks in between i.e.: edamame, almonds, cut up fruit, low-fat yogurt-Don’t eat past 7:00pm
Hydrate: Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day (NO soda, caffeinated drinks, and alcohol)
Download an App called: My Fitness Pal: This will allow you to keep track and stay on top of your calorie intake until you reach your ideal weight!
Try it out: 30day, 60day, & 90day Challenge : (4 classes each week) : You will receive a gift certificate & special recognition at Soul Pilates, LLC (A photo head shot will be taken and framed on SP wall)
